We offer two different subscription plans. TravelWell Plan for organisations that have staff and projects around the world and the WorkWell Plan for organisations that only have staff and projects in the UK.

We offer a yearly subscription to relief, development and mission organisations* working around the world. Subscription includes a comprehensive package of travel health and medical and wellbeing support, designed to prepare, sustain and support your staff and volunteers as they work and travel around the world for your organisation.
We will be there to help answer their health questions, ranging from general health and wellbeing enquiries relating to stress and adversity, through to specific medical issues such as skin ailments, animal bites or life threatening tropical disease related symptoms.

MyHealth is a secure personal health space and provides access to an individual’s medical information, vaccination records, comprehensive health resources, and an advice hub where they can stay connected with our Psychological Health, Travel Health or Medical Health professionals wherever they are based.
Travel health consultation - free every time a new country is visited
The consultation lasts for 30 minutes and can be carried out face-to-face or over the phone with one of our nurses. Individuals will be provided with comprehensive advice about water sanitation, vaccines, antimalarials and specialist kits that they can take with them, or have sent out to them. The kits we compile include diarrhoea treatment kits, sexual assault kits, and malaria treatment kits.
Travel health advice - Dedicated support when individuals need it
Individuals can ask one of our nurses a question about vaccinations, supplies or medicines. Email advice and a dedicated advice line is available from Monday - Friday 2pm-3pm GMT.
Medical advice - Dedicated support when individuals need it
Individuals can ask one of our doctors about niggling health worries. Email advice is available from InterHealth doctors and we aim to respond within 24-48 hours.
Wellbeing advice - Dedicated support when individuals need it
Individuals can ask one of our one of our psychological health specialists about any emotional or wellbeing issues. Email advice is available from InterHealth psychologists and we aim to respond within 24-48 hours.
Responding in a Crisis
For HR and Managers to seek guidance from one of our one of our psychological health specialists about supporting staff in a crisis. 15 minutes free guidance either by email or phone available from InterHealth psychologists.
Medicines, specialist supplies and kits - order from around the world
Individuals can order travel health medicines and essential supplies 24 hours a day through InterHealth’s online shop.
Discounts are available on all of our services. There is an average of 25 -30 % off of standard prices across all of our services and training if your organisation is working towards a better, fairer and healthier world*.
Occupational Health (OH) is essential to helping charities fulfil their aims and deliver services more effectively. By investing in your staff early on, you can save money in the long-term, reduce health risks at work and increase the productivity of your staff. Our WorkWell Plan is a personal and confidential OH support service for charities. By subscribing to the WorkWell Plan your charity will benefit from on-going personal and confidential support from our OH specialists.

For every referral made to our OH team, we will provide a free 15 minute consultation (email or phone) regarding the case, with one of our skilled specialists. We will advise on the best way forward; whether it is to plan a phased return to work or declare the individual not fit for work.
Responding in a Crisis

You will be provided with a dedicated Account Manager and will receive free account management services for the duration of your subscription, including 6 monthly review meetings when required. This will assess your referrals and ensure that InterHealth is meeting your required service level agreement.
